The valve used to control the mud mixture during drilling - referred to as mud valve, belongs to the field of high-pressure valve technology. High-pressure mud gate valves are mainly used in oilfield drilling mud circulation system equipment to control the circulation and closing of drilling mud. The connection form is trapezoidal thread or flange type. It is quick and convenient to install, has strong rigidity, is safe and reliable, and the valve seat and gate adopt parallel elastic seals. The valve seat and gate have good sealing effect and are easy to open. The two ends of the valve are connected and sealed with the pipeline, and a movable joint combining spherical movable contact and O-type rubber sealing ring is adopted. The product structure has reliable performance and is particularly suitable for situations where the center requirements of both ends of the pipeline are not high.
The high-pressure mud gate valves produced and sold by our company Huichi petro can be used interchangeably with domestic and foreign equipment that meets API Spec 6A specifications. The high-pressure mud gate valve series we sell includes a valve body with an inlet and outlet end. A flat gate is installed in the valve seat between the inlet and outlet ends of the valve body. The upper end of the flat gate is connected to the valve stem. The valve stem is connected to the handwheel through a threaded pair. The improvement is that the valve seat is composed of two rubber-coated circular ring inner skeletons and a support ring to form a channel. Its horizontal cross-section is an ellipse with a long axis consistent with the direction of liquid flow. It is embedded in the blind hole between the inlet and outlet ends of the valve body. There is an arc groove with a width less than the thickness of the flat gate between the two rubber-coated circular ring inner skeletons. Since the valve seat with an elliptical cross-section forms an interference fit with the blind hole on the valve body, reducing the large area of the valve body, an ideal sealing effect is produced, and the circular ring inner skeleton in the valve seat maintains the basic shape of the valve seat for a long time, so that it has a sufficient service life. The gate and valve seat are clad with hard alloy, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve stem material is sulfur-resistant steel, so the valve can be used in an environment containing H2S. The upper cover is also provided with a special oil nozzle for lubricating the bearing. Suitable for drilling and oil fields.
