The piston for cylinder liner is a key component of the hydraulic end system of the mud pump. The suction and discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by the reciprocating linear motion of the piston in the cylinder liner.
The piston developed and sold by our company Huichi Petro has the characteristics of anti-eccentric wear and easy disassembly and assembly; the unique structural design enables it to have the function of expansion and contraction during reciprocating motion, which is not only reliable in sealing, but also can more effectively protect the ceramic cylinder liner.
The base material of this product is 40Cr or 45# forged steel, and the sealing material is special polyurethane rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber or nitrile rubber. It is heat-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, has high tensile strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
(1) The integral piston is characterized by a completely open bowl, and the metal substrate and the sealing rubber are integrally vulcanized, and can be used interchangeably with assembled pistons of the same specifications.
(2) The assembled piston is assembled from the piston rubber and the piston core, and the piston rubber material can be selected according to the characteristics of the medium. Assembled pistons are available in single-acting and double-acting types.
