The quick-release thread protector produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is a supporting product for petroleum steel pipes. It plays a role in protecting the threads. It absorbs the axial and lateral impacts on the metal structure to prevent the joint part of the drill pipe thread connection from being damaged during normal loading and unloading impact and transportation.
The inner and outer layers of the oilfield casing quick-release thread protector shell are thread protection layer and anti-collision layer. The opening and closing device is set in the middle of the cutout of the thread protector shell. The structure of the left and right rotating rectangular buckle nuts and screw rods at both ends of the light rod is adopted. The handle on the light rod is turned 180° to control the opening and closing of the thread protector.
