The Pipe Wiper is a core tool used in oilfield drilling operations to clean mud, oil, and debris from the surface of the drill pipe and prevent splashing at the wellhead. It is usually installed on the drilling platform near the wellhead through a high-elastic sealing ring and an adaptive scraper design. The surface of the drill pipe is automatically cleaned during its up and down movement. Its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are suitable for deep wells on land, offshore platforms, and sulfur-containing high-pressure formations, effectively reducing environmental pollution and equipment loss, improving drilling efficiency, and providing convenience for subsequent operations.
