The gate blowout preventer produced by our factory is a gate blowout preventer designed and developed by ourselves based on the reference of foreign advanced technology. The gate blowout preventer adopts the current more advanced oblong gate structure and has excellent sealing performance. It has the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
The gate blowout preventer is mainly composed of shell, side door, cylinder head, piston rod, locking shaft, gate and other parts. The blowout preventer has a built-in parallel oil circuit, and it is relatively simple to replace the gate. The shell, side door and other pressure-bearing parts are alloy steel forgings, and the material properties fully meet the requirements of API 16A and NACE MRO175-94. The sealing of the side door and the shell is realized by the metal sealing support frame, which does not rely on the preload of the cylinder head bolts for sealing. The sealing support frame adopts radial floating seal, which expands under the action of the well pressure, so that the rubber seal on its outer surface is close to the shell and the side door, thereby achieving sealing. The sealing surface of the gate cavity is treated with chemical surface treatment to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance, prevent scratches by the gate body, and increase the sealing reliability of the gate; the piston rod is treated with surface anti-corrosion and wear resistance, which can fully bear the weight after the cylinder cover is opened, reduce the droop when opening, and ensure flexible opening and closing. The gate cavity is designed to be oblong, and the stress distribution is uniform.
The blowout preventer is designed to effectively control blowouts during drilling. Single and double gate blowout preventers are matched with hydraulic control devices. Single and double gate blowout preventers can be used alone or in combination, and can also be used in conjunction with annular blowout preventers.
1. When there are drilling tools in the well, it can close the annular space between the casing and the drill pipe, or between the casing and the casing and the tubing. It is equipped with 2 3/8″, 2 7/8″, 3 1/2″4″, 4 1/2″, 5″, 5 1/2″, 7″ and full-sealed gates, which can close the drilling tools of the above specifications.
2. When there are no drilling tools in the well, the empty well can be sealed with a full-sealed gate.
3. In order to effectively control the formation pressure, it can be used in conjunction with the well killing and throttling manifold to achieve balanced pressure drilling.
4. Special operations such as well killing and well washing can be achieved under the condition of closed inlet.
1. Connection method: There are three connection methods for the upper and lower parts: thread connection, flange connection, and clamp connection. The connection flanges, bolts, clamps, and steel ring groove dimensions are all in accordance with API 16A standards;
2. The shell material is low-alloy steel castings or forgings, and the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and forming process all meet the corresponding standard requirements;
3. The gate specifications that can be equipped are: 2 3/8", 2 7/8", 3 1/2", 4", 4 1/2", 4 3/4", 5", 5 1/2", 5 3/4", 6", 6 7/8", 7", 7 5/8",7 3/4", 8 5/8", 9", 9 5/8", 10 3/4", 11 3/4".
